Solution Architect

Job Description:

Mindlance is seeking a visionary and experienced Solution Architect to drive the design and implementation of robust and scalable solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, particularly within cloud environments like AWS, and have a proven ability to translate business requirements into well-architected systems. You will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with best practices and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end solutions, encompassing application development, infrastructure, and integration components.
• Define and document solution architectures, considering scalability, security, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend technology choices, including cloud services, frameworks, and tools, based on project needs and constraints.
• Design and oversee the implementation of cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.
• Ensure solutions adhere to architectural principles, security standards, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and engineering teams, to understand requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges associated with solution implementation.
• Contribute to the development of architectural patterns and guidelines within the organization.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and architecting complex enterprise-level applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS, and its core services.
• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with various database technologies, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technical solutions.
