As an Applications Developer at Tekfortune Inc., you will be instrumental in the design, development, testing, and deployment of innovative software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into robust and scalable solutions. Requirements:

• Solid practical experience in developing and supporting end-user applications across various platforms.
• Proficiency in utilizing ticketing systems, ideally including experience with Service Now, for managing and tracking development tasks and issue resolution.
• Experience in developing solutions that integrate with or support meeting room technologies, including displays and audio/video conferencing systems.
• Ability to contribute to the onboarding process for new application users, including the setup and configuration of necessary development environments and tools.
• Understanding of version control systems and deployment processes for managing application releases.
• Capability to follow technical specifications and best practices in the development and maintenance of applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Strong skills in documenting technical details, progress, and solutions within a ticketing system like Service Now.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn new technologies and contribute to team success.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing learning through team mentorship and available training resources to enhance development skills.
• Competence in developing applications compatible with various client operating systems and environments.
• Experience in developing applications for mobile platforms (e.g., iOS, Android) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft development technologies and platforms, including Office 365 and related desktop applications.

Understanding of different development platforms and the ability to diagnose and resolve application-related issues. Practical technical knowledge of various software services to address application failures, deploy new versions, and provide support for development tools and environments. Ability to answer technical questions related to application functionality, integration, and deployment, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
