Requirements:

• Proven experience in end-user support for both Windows PC and Mac environments, demonstrating a strong aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in utilizing ticketing systems, preferably Service Now, for managing and resolving incident tickets efficiently.
• Competence in providing support for meeting room technologies, including TVs, Polycom systems, and other audio/video conferencing equipment.
• Experience in facilitating new user onboarding by preparing necessary IT resources and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Ability to adhere to technical guidelines for the secure retirement and data wiping of outdated devices, collaborating effectively with asset management.
• Familiarity with following technical procedures for imaging and configuring new personal computers.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve end-user issues related to both hardware and software effectively.
• Strong skills in documenting information and meticulously gathering details on issues within the Service Now platform.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, coupled with a strong eagerness to learn and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others.
• Willingness to actively participate in additional training provided by team members or through available professional development opportunities.
• Capability to troubleshoot and support a wide range of client operating systems, encompassing both Windows and macOS.
• Experience supporting iOS and various other handheld mobile devices.
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, including both Office 365 online applications and desktop versions.
• Knowledge of diverse hardware platforms, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic hardware repairs, particularly on Dell and Mac PCs.
• Practical technical understanding of various technology services to effectively address service disruptions, deploy new and loaner laptops, answer inquiries related to cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals (such as keyboards or mice), and escalate complex Mac and PC issues to the appropriate technical teams.
• As a Business Analyst, you will also be expected to analyze business requirements, document processes, and contribute to the development of solutions that align with client objectives.
