Description:
The Restoration Supervisor at BluSky plays a crucial role as a leader and coordinator on property damage incidents. This position oversees the work of Restoration Technicians, ensuring efficient and effective mitigation of damage in both residential and commercial settings. The Restoration Supervisor is responsible for guiding water damage remediation efforts, managing structural stabilization and security measures, coordinating on-site cleaning operations, overseeing microbial remediation processes, organizing content pack-outs, managing content processing and deodorization, supervising content storage solutions, and ensuring the proper handling of affected belongings.

The employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds. TRAVEL:
Moderate travel may be required. (Approximately 25% - 50% of the time.) This may include local travel to job sites as well as some out-of-area and overnight travel for training, meetings, or to support projects in other locations.
COMPENSATION:
BluSky offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $85,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including: a matching 401(k) plan, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, and vision coverage), paid time off accrual, paid holidays, short-term and long-term disability benefits, provision of equipment necessary for the role (e.g., laptop, smartphone), and a corporate apparel allowance.
